Ancient Magic Throw is an Essential spell in Hogwarts Legacy. It is used to pick up miscellaneous objects and throw them at an enemy, and can break Shield Charms regardless of colour. It is unlocked during Welcome to Hogsmeade. The spell can only be used on certain environmental objects, which are marked by the spell's key/button prompt.
If the Ancient Magic Throw Expertise core talent is unlocked, this spell can also be used on an enemy's weapon after they have been disarmed with Expelliarmus.
Description[]
Summons and then throws special environmental objects at the targeted enemy. Particularly useful for breaking through Shield Charms. Cast with (Z, RB) when that prompt is hovering over an object.
