Demiguise statues are small statues of a Demiguise holding a spherical moon. During the day the statue is bronze and the moon has an opalescent blue sheen. At night the statue becomes transparent with a brilliant blue-white moon; in this state it is possible to remove the moon, which causes the statue to disappear.

Demiguise statues begin to appear in Hogsmeade during Welcome to Hogsmeade, and in Hogwarts the next day, but their significance does not become apparent until the player receives a request from Gladwin Moon.

Locations[]

There are 33 Demiguise statues altogether: the first 3 are found during the course of The Caretaker's Lunar Lament (including one during a cutscene), 10 more throughout Hogwarts, 9 in Hogsmeade, and one in each of the 11 Hamlets. Many of them are behind locked doors, requiring Alohomora I, II, or III to reach them.
