Flying Class is a main quest in Hogwarts Legacy.
After completing this quest you can buy brooms from Spintwitches in Hogsmeade. Buying a broom will also start the side quest Flight Test.

"In today's Flying class, Madam Kogawa is reviewing basic broom flight and manoeuvrability."
- Go to Flying class
Madam Kogawa wants us to fly our brooms through each of the elevated rings."

"Now we're supposed to fly through the rings around the castle grounds. I've never noticed them before. I reckon Madam Kogawa conjured them up just for the class."
- Fly through the rings around the grounds
"Everett Clopton wants to go on a bit of a detour around the school. This is exhilarating, but I hope we don't get in trouble with Madam Kogawa."
- Follow Everett Clopton
"Now that Flying class has ended, I should go and see Everett Clopton."
- Return to Everett Clopton
Conclusion[]
"I learned to fly a broom today in Madam Kogawa's class. It took a bit of getting used to, but soon I got a feel for it and was racing around the castle with Everett Clopton. We got a little carried away though and flew too far out of bounds. The Professor wasn't happy with us and gave us a dressing down after class. Still, I think she was impressed with my flying skills. Now I just need to save up to buy a broom of my own. I should visit Spintwitches next time I'm in Hogsmeade and see what they have on offer."
