Hopping Pot is a conjuration available in Hogwarts Legacy.
The Hopping Pot will produce a random potion on a 12-minute timer, without needing any materials for it. For the Hopping Pot to create a certain potion, you must have the recipe for that potion, otherwise that kind of potion just won't happen. See crafting for details.
